Hi all..me ?im extremely active even at 60..I got another 40 years or so…..hell we get married shortly I might even make our 50th…
I’m still in Spectacular condition….right now I’m riding a bike approximately 40-50 miles a week……I’m going to try to increase that shortly I’m hopefully….I just found another bike I’m looking at purchasing……it’s a Recumbent bike however for 2 people…..the second one attached to the rear of the front bike………so I’m not to sure if my future would like to have a outstanding bike for riding……maybe I’ll just wait till we’re both together and go from there….we will see My Love
